    Good for young people; Not so good for older people with injuries.
    I reinjured one of the joints for which I was referred. After refusing to do a move, the trainer insisted it was safe for me. It was not. I know of 3 other older people who suffered injuries here. I must say, however, that I saw many young people attend for the same months I did and those younger clients all became svelt and strong.

    best trainers around!
    I've never worked harder than I do at core centric, whether it's a class or personal training session, it's awesome. I leave dripping in sweat! Knowledgable trainers who keep things fresh every time.
