1. How do I submit a new listing for BeautySeeker?
Click here to submit a new listing to our site.

2. How do I update an existing listing with new company information?
To submit updates to an existing listing, find your business in the BeautySeeker system, and then click the "Suggest a Correction" link or "Edit or Upgrade Your Listing" link below the map on the company detail page.

3. How do I advertise on BeautySeeker?
If you want to advertise your business in your local area, signup for a Silver, Gold, or Platinum Listing for your company profile. You can submit a new featured listing here, or click the "Edit or Upgrade Listing" link on your company profile page on the site, and select Silver, Gold or Platinum. If you have a business that caters to a National audience, we have advertising packages that reach across the USA. For national advertising inquiries, click here.

4. How do I get a business listing removed from BeautySeeker?
If a company is no longer in business, please send us an email using the form above, and let us know that the listing needs to be removed. Please include the Name of the Business with the City and State that it is in. Or send us a link to the page with the business listing.

5. How do I check on the status of my submission?
If you have submitted changes to a listing and are wondering what the status of your submission is, you can email us with the above form, and we'll update you on the status. We will notify you if additional information is needed or if the submission was rejected.

6. How do I get a customer review removed from my business listing?
We go through a rigorous review process to ensure that all reviews are legitimate and not unfairly slanderous to a company. If a negative review is posted, we make sure it is clear of any discriminatory or expletive content. Is is our general policy not to remove any negative reviews that have made it past our review screening process. If, however, you believe a review has slipped through that is unfair or unethical, you can request that we give it another look over. To do this, please use the email form above to notify us of the company and specific review that you would like considered for removal. Please include any evidence you have or information that you believe would help us to make a better judgment on whether the review should stay or be removed.
