    Horrible.
    Went to get my eyebrows waxed and the woman ripped on me for fifteen minute straight about what horrible brows I had! She insisted on making them very thin and I stopped her before she could but continued to bug me the whole appointment. I ran out of there! She was rude and unprofessional. Also, I emailed the owner the next day and she said she was going to refund me but she never did. Horrible service. Try Tivon Salon in Blacksburg if you need a good salon.

    I got the best service for a quick haircut. I went in for an "express" haircut and I still left feeling like I had spent hours in the salon. Kudos for the new owner!
