Suzanne, is just wonderful. I've been going there for several months. She is very knowledgeable with the wigs, she has a large selection to choose from, and most important when she's helping you she makes you feel like you are her only customer. Always recognizes me, and always will greet you with a smile. Her shop is always clean, and she lets you try on as many wigs as you want and will do her best to find what your looking for. I just Love Suzanne, and won't go to another wig shop as long as Jovanne's is open. :)

I wish I had made the decision to wear a wig many years ago as my hair became thinner and I became more self-conscious about it. Suzanne always gives 1:1 great customer service and has helped me pick the perfect styles throughout the years. I constantly receive compliments on my hair from family and even strangers. After I tell people, many of them can't believe I'm wearing a wig. My confidence has truly soared. I always recommend people with hair issues to visit Jovan's wigs and try and explain to them it's nothing to be embarassed about. Why not have a "great hair day" everyday!

SUZANNE HAS ALOT OF PATIENCE WITH CUSTOMERS. SHE LETS CUSTOMERS TRY ON WIGS AND TRIES TO HELP EVERYONE,EVEN WHEN SHE HAS A DIFFICULT CUSTOMER,SHE MAINTAINS HER PROFESSIONAL ATTITUDE AND SOMETIMES THAT IS HARD TO DO WITH GROUCHY CUSTOMERS...HER PRICES ARE GOOD AND HER SHOP IS VERY CLEAN...I ENJOY SHOPPING THERE..
