    To Barbara - from someone not affiliated with this Salon.
    I am a licensed cosmetologist and depending on how curly your hair is.... we are trained to cut the hair dry if you have curly hair. Wet curly hair gets even more curly and more difficult to cut. I am glad that they did what they were supposed to do. Now if they just did a bad job... then that is different... but it is not because they cut your curly hair dry. I wish you the best and hope you find someone who feels comfortable cutting curly hair, but don't be too suprised if someone cuts it dry. ;-)

    Don't get curly hair cut here!
    did a terrible job cutting curly hair! didn't even get it wet before cutting. thank goodness there is enough hair left that we can get it fixed somewhere else! will never go there again.
