The quality of the service is exactly what I expected. The staff at RA Salon is one of the best I've dealt with. Extremely friendly and helpful. I was absolutely pleased at how far in advance the staff was with my demands. The business is located in a great area of College Station, TX that is totally convenient.

These people are a rip off! I booked them for my bridal hair and makeup 2 months before my wedding. They made me pay $150 extra just for opening on a sunday and had to pay 20% of all the services upfront. I was fine with all that except that they unjustly cancelled on me 2 weeks before my wedding for no logical reason except that I was hard to please because I asked for a second hair trial (which I went for and paid). They said they woukd reimburse my deposit but it has been over 2 weeks and nothing! When I went to get my money they told me the owner was out of town and I saw her at the mall... Sooo unprofessional and unethical. Their makeup service is a joke unless you want to look like an amateur drag queen and the hair stylist I tried was pretty crappy overall.
Do NOT waste your time and money...

I went their for my wedding to get my makeup done. It was terrible she made me look like I was going to a goth wedding. On top of. On top this the spray tan she gave me made me look orange. Needless to say I have no wedding pictures that anyone will ever see

I have been going to Ra Salon and Spa for 2 year to get my hair extensions done with Rachel, she does a great job at making my hair look very natural and the color matches so well no one can tell I have extensions . I would recommend her to everyone needing hair extensions she does amazing work!!

I came to this salon to get a cut because of all the great reviews. Rachel cut my hair and basically cut it exactly how I DIDN'T want it cut. After shampooing, she BRUSHED my hair very roughly while it was wet..I don't think you're supposed to do that. I also felt like I was on a timer...the client before was late so she kept leaving to go talk to him and the next client was early so she was rushing to get to them too. When I asked if we could change some things she basically told me my time was up and had to get to the next client. I ended up crying when I got home, not so much because of the horrible haircut, but because I hated the fact that I paid for such horrible service. I went to another salon immediately after they fixed everything and did a wonderful job.

I went to Andrea and she was able to fit me in the same day. She did an awesome job! Best highlights I have ever had! Will most certainly be going back to her and I highly recommend her! Ra Salon is great!

Everything about this place was just amazing! My husband had a tattoo removed and Rachel did a great job! Great atmosphere and the girls were very friendly. I had the tattoo eye makeup and I am sooo happy with the job she did. Would highly recommend this place to anyone!
