When I went in for a pedi and a full set, I left before they could touch my hands. After sitting and waiting for 30 minutes in a pedi chair, someone finally came to help me. She was inexperienced and rough when filing. She sliced my toe with the edge of a new file and when I pulled my foot back in pain, she grabbed my foot and held it firm saying "You're fine. I'll keep going." I left immediately and reported them, but no changes have been made to staff or policies. I recommend going elsewhere.
