    Terrible Service, Child terrified by unpleasant hairstylist
    I was visiting Franklin from New York City and this place was HORRIBLE. The stylist terrified my son, wasn't friendly and actually rude from the moment I walked in the door. The pics online of this place are very deceiving. Don't be fooled. I'm from New York and found the salon in Franklin doesn't represent the kind people of the area. My son has his haircut regularly by someone much nicer in New York that the woman in Franklin could learn a thing or two from... Don't go!!!!

    Voted #1 Place for Kids Haircuts by Parent Magazine
    My kids love Snip-its! We get great haircuts from the nicest stylists and everyone leaves happy. We learned our lesson years ago when I took my infant son to another place where he cried, made the barber upset and got a terrible haircut. At Snip-its, he has NEVER cried once! Unbelieveable. I am sold. I will not go anywhere else.
