    Took my money, closed the store 7 days later. Won't give a refund.
    I joined a HT location near Montgomery Mall. 7 days later, I returned to find the place closed and the equipment gone. I am pretty sure someone knew the place was going to close when they took over $100 from me. Blue Bell is the closest store still open, they won't give me a refund. Their booths are shorter than Montgomery. My head hits the top of the booth. The people at the counter are polite enough. Booth 13 had 3 or 4 bulbs that didn't light for the first 10 seconds and had dark "ends". So I'm not sure they're very fresh. I will finish my sessions in Blue Bell. My only other choice was to do a "charge back" on my credit card and I'm not willing to do that over a tanning package. Though I am reasonably certain people knew the store was going to close while they still took my money... Blue Bell said "a partner died". Which is terrible to hear. But I'm still angry that after repeated attempts, they would never give me a refund.

    Don't waste your time or money!
    Since they got a new manager back in February the place has fallin apart! They raised the prices, discontinued customer appreciation days, and Never have any products in stock!
