My first initial reaction was.."wow...these people are sooo nice.." then i got my hair cut. I new exactly what i wanted...and it wasn't what i got...but not only was it not what i wanted..the style i was given didn't flatter me face AT ALL! I think thta's what bothered me the most. I'm okay with a stylist tweeking what i wanted to make sure it would flatter me..but when they misunderstand..AND it's bad...AND it's expensive....IDK..I just know i'll never go back there.
