    THE ABSOLUTE WORST! What to expect from Billies: you make a reservation, get there, Billy will take someone without a reservation, and you'll end up waiting for 2hrs- and this is on a day with barely any customers. Billy has The Worst time management. Expect her to casually work on a customer, smoke a cigarette (in the shop) and rush on your hair. WHATEVER YOU DO, don't get your hair cut in layers! -she will only cut in a V and you'll walk out disappointed. For the services, quality of ha the cut/style, you will overpay everytime.

    Fantastic!
    The owner Billie is amazing! She offers great service at awesome prices. Fatima works there and is such a pleasure to be around. I go just to chit chat and it's worth every bit.
