I wish I would have read the horrible reviews I have just found online.The younger females working there have "nests" of hair on their heads and do not have any proper etiquette what so ever. If I was even satisfied with my service I'd lighten up but I did not get what I asked for, it took very long and was over priced. On top of that, all I heard was the F word the entire time I was there. The young girl at the desk seemed completely lost when I questioned what kind of straightening treatments they perform. Maybe a little education in the field would help? Not going back!!!! Unprofessional!
