Bella Capelli has definatly satisfied my needs.
The receptionist greets you when you walk in and doesnt leave you hanging like other salons. Your offered a beverage when you walk in and the wait is never long. I love the owner Anita she has been doing my hair for years! The salon is located next to the a&p so i get to sneak in some shopping after my hair is done.
**DO NOT UNDERESTIMATE THE LOCATION BEING IN A PLAZE ITS AMAZING***
