This woman is so rude and so unpleasant in every way that she ruins the whole experience before it gets started...she treats the staff horribly and makes visitors nervous and unhappy. Women sit there and talk about how awful she is.If you come with a friend, even tho you made appt. in advance to have services together, she sits one person while the other waits for 30 minutes...you do not start on time or finish on time....her reason for existing is to make life difficult for you and she succeeds.

this place was absolutely terrible. they convinced me to get a spa pedicure, thinking it was going to be a relaxing experience. not only did they scrub my feel until they started bleeding, they didn't even treat it like it was a big deal. i was in pain with both feet, and didn't dare to get a manicure afterwards. they didn't take any $ off my total bill, knowing what they had put me thru. i don't suggest anyone go here, you will be very disappointed at their experience.

I received a gift certificate for my birthday and when I went to redeem it, they said that it had expired and they would not honor it. I don't know when it was puchased, and there was no indication on the card that there was any expirarion date. They said that it had expired just a few days ago. This is evidently NOT a reputable business and I encourage everyone to try any of the other thousands of spas in New york as there are many far better ones. I guess that explains why I was the only person there tonight after work.
