I joined Curves in Canarsie and had a wonderful experience. The staff was very helpful and experienced. They have a full circuit of machines and their amazing Curves Smart computer system. It tracks your workout, compare is with previous workouts, and designs a new personal workout for you. It also displays the calories burned. I lost 53 lbs in 8 months and I'm soo happy. I would recommend it to everyone who wants a targeted workout.
