at first was a little nervous the lobby seems more for women but thats cool. the room was warm and relaxing. Kristin was great and very pleasent good conversation and really did a great job relieving my shoulders and lower back.I look forward to returning.

I'm a massage therapist in prenatal and infant massage with that being said I got a prenatal massage in my third trimester here. The therapist didn't know how to do a side lying massage, which is recomended. Instead they had a outdated forward facing foam body mold to keep you off your belly from head to toe(its not on the market anymore because there are better safer options for pregnant women) . It fits bigger women so I had towels stuffed on my the side of my belly. It was uneven and uncomfortable but it was only a 30min massage and every time she adjusted it, it got worse. I was told that the staff members were trained in prenatal massage by my experince they are not. I'm surprised that their insurance would even approve of that foam contraption.

I came here looking to be pampered, all I got was a headache. Apparently, the computer was missing my appointment, even though I made the appointment several weeks in advance. This is actually the second time that happened to me here! I asked for a color and cut, and as soon as I got in the chair, the girl started asking me how I style it, and I told her I like to air dry my hair. She then started the color process, without really understanding what I want-the color turned out really yellow, like pee almost, and when I complained she tried to sell me hair product and try to get me to buy a flat iron. I was so mad, I complained to the front desk and she told me they could redo it, but were making me see the same girl again! I could not believe how terrible the color turned out, and the bill was $140 plus TIP?!? What! Never again!
