Friendly greeting at the door by 1 lady but the hair stylist was a different experience all together. Denise could not follow simple directions when it came to where I wanted my highlights and how much hair I wanted cut.(the difference between 1 and 3 inches is quite a bit!) A gentle washing would`ve been nice too but she washed my hair like she was angry and it was quite uncomfortable. (my scalp STILL hurts!) As long as Denise works here I`ll never return! I wouldn`t recommend New Age until the personnel changes and the atmosphere lightens up. Who needs THAT stress!? There are plenty of other stylists in the area and I believe i`ll shop around a bit more! A poor experience.
