I was introduced to Melissa through a business meeting and visited her salon for a consultation for permanent makeup (eyeliner). The salon was comfortable and inviting, her sterile technique impecable, and her prices were much less that those of others in the area. I am so pleased with my permanent eyeliner and have since become a regular client for those fabulous gel nails! I highly recommend The Painted Tulip for all esthetic needs!
