| User Review - Lil F | Keep the appointments you make, do what you say you're gonna do
I talked to Stan about having a tattoo covered or enhanced. He said that he could add some color, some shading to give it a more 3d look...and quoted me a price, told me it would take him the better of a day to work on. We made an appointment for the next week at 2:30. I showed up at 2:25 and he was still working on someone but that he had someone else waiting to get some work done...he stepped on my appointment. He didn't get started with me until 4:30 and worked on me til 8. It looks nice, but he didn't do the shading like he said but charged me anyway high end of what he quoted. I asked him if he was going to do the shading, said he was done for the day. I paid him and left. For the price per hour, I wouldn't go back-top dollar man, made me wait, didn't do everything he agreed to, charged me for it anyway.
