    I would not recommend this uneducated group.
    My experience with the owners and managers of Muscle Up Fitness was very poor. I felt for the price I paid for personal fitness training was over priced for such an uneducated staff. The owners Bob and Jim Scherl display no licence or certification in the expertise of Professional Sports and Fitness Training. The one on one training lacks the attention of the trainers as well. The parking is inconvenient and sometimes I have had to circle the neighbourhood several times before finding a spot available where I don't have to pay parking meters. There are cats on the premises which I find annoying as the owners are constantly paying more attention to the cats whereabouts than the paying customers. Although it seems the facility was decorated with passion and in fine taste, I felt the owners have no real passion for the business and assisting individuals in reaching their fitness goals. Muscle Up Fitness is very over rated. I would never recommend this facility to anyone.

    If you want to get in shape you need muscle up fitness. they know the way.
    they are honest and forthright about their goals for their facility and their members. they have a clear philosophy and present a simple and clear plan to follow to get in shape and stay there. if you are willing to commit to your goals and workout with others who share your commiment muscle up is for you.
