    Hate this location!!! Every time I convince myself to go to this particular location, I am ALWAYS sorry for it! This one stylist who seems to always be there, maybe the manager, is terribly rude! Always negative about the service that I inquire about and to me does not want to go out of her way to be friendly,bring in business or make any money. Maybe the corporate office needs to pay closer attention to the employees that are representing this Fantastic Sams. Never ever have had a problem with the location in Maryland Heights. Stylists are much more friendly and are willing to go out of the way to serve you. Will never go back to Bridgeton salon!!!!!!!!!!!

    Burn from lip waxing
    I went in to get my lip waxed last night & now have a major burn above both sides of my lip as well as ripped skin from my lip itself. It in not only painful but embarassing!! I waited for almost an hour just to end up looking insane (and that was with only one customer waiting ahead of me). I will never return to this location and am going to take pictures to send to the corporate office!
