    not great
    my experience was a long time ago and similar to oh-deer.my hair was burned when the stylist was distracted with a kid who did not seem like he was an employee but answered the costcutter phone and showed off in front of the employees so no one could pay attention to their clients.when my hair started breaking off i called the stylist. she blamed the products and blamed my hair. my boyfirend used this place only once because he didn't like the stylists smoker's breath on his face for duration of hair cut.someone said this costcutters has moved. maybe it shut down.

    Ugh. Not again.
    I have had the same stylist color and foil my hair for 12 months. The highlighted hair is damaged and breaking off 2 inches from my scalp. Why did I try this place?
