    Awful
    Awful customer service, awful environment, front desk girl is so soft spoken you can't understand a word she says. Unfriendly, unwelcoming, and not at all helpful. I can't believe how the customer service stinks in this place. They turn you down for laser because you are too tan.... Fair enough but then they tell you they won't honor your groupon after the Sept date ... How can one who spends summer outside avoid a tan to get laser? S now my groupon is totall going to waste and my legs have barely been treated!! It's not a nice salon or nice environment. You would thi they would go out of their way to keep a client. I will be complaining to groupon. Do not go here!

    Unprofessional and untrustworthy
    I purchased a package of IPL treatments and a week later they offered a special giving a 100.00 in free botox if you spent over 500.00 and reduced the price of the IPL treatments to 150.00 per treatment. I asked if I could get the special pricing or the botox and I was told the new pricing was not for a full face treatment. It clearly stated and still states Full face IPL for 150.00 and a 100.00 in free botox. I will never have another procedure performed at this medispa. Poor businnes attitude and not client oriented. I paid 525.00 and never noticed a change in my skin.
