    Salon went downhill once the ownership changed
    I must agree. As a former customer Jems was knowm for being customer oriented, always having a spotless salon and the staff were like a family. The former owner of JEMs owned the business from 1999 until last year and no one should connect the new business with the previous owner and staff. Its an all new business which unfortunately kept the name.

    Just a short note to say how happy we are with the salon and the work both Bani and Cindy have done for our family. You make us feel good and look good after each visit. Next visit I'm trying the massage therapist.
