| User Review - Torn Eyelid | Tore skin off my face.
Went in for an eye brow waxing, and they tore a HUGE chunk of skin off my face. The girl who did it was very nice so I paid anyway. Later realized that I shouldn't have paid for a service that wasn't at all what I expected or should be able to expect from a professional. When a went back (a few hours later) they argued with me for upwards of fourth-five minutes, finally after makings feel like crap they voided the transaction. This salon has by far the worst customer service I have ever experienced,on top of leaving my face raw and disfigured. It has now been about a day and my whole eye is swollen shut, and I'm in a lot if pain! The least they could have done was treat me like a valued customer and not made me beg them to right their wrong.

| User Review - M C | TERRIBLE!
Recently took my 2 daughters in for a trim. I asked the stylist to simply trim my daughters A-line bob. She started hacking away at her hair, making it shorter and shorter. I cannot believe that this girl even graduated from beauty school, it was by far the WORST haircut I have seen. So choppy, no straight lines and very uneven. Another girl at the salon saw my frustration and tried to fix it and made it look a little better. I was still charged for the hair cut, and ended up going the next day to another salon in town to get it fixed again. Don't waste your money at "hair we are" go to Radiance Salon instead where they actually have a clue how to cut hair.

I took my daughter in for a hair cut and the girl there cut a two inch slice right out of the back of her long hair. (Her hair is past her waist.) I asked to speak to the manager and was told there wasn't one. I asked to speak to the owner and the said they would contact him and have him call me. I know that accidents happen I just wanted him to see the cut and work things out. I tried to reach him for three weeks he never answered my calls he just kept my money. It is risky going to Hair We Are there is no manager and the owner doesn't cut hair or care.

There are a few hair schools around in Rexburg that offer cheaper services, but they take FOREVER to cut your hair. I have short hair and I keep it that way - the cut should really only take a half hour at most. But when we go to the schools, one haircut takes at least 2 hours. If you are really busy, Hair We Are is a much better way to go. They cost a little more (as expected) but the convenience is worth it! They also take walk-ins, but it is better to make an appt.
