The minute I walked in the door I was greeted with friendly professionsl faces and offered a glass of wine. when I sat in the chair my stylist who I have now been going to for the past 5 months listened to my concerns and worked with me to get my perfect look. The head massage was great, product knowledge was very helpful and I have an overall great experiance every time I go in.
