    The best in wig cuts and design
    I've been going to Juanette for almost 10 years and she has always given me the most natural cuts and excellent service. Everyone comments on the styling and color of my hair as top drawer.

    Be careful; be very careful
    I ordered a 12/28 (light brown with blond streaks) human hair wig and paid her $670 up front. Big mistake. She ordered a dark auburn wig and I refused it. She tried to get me to buy something from her stock at inflated prices ($575 for a non-human hair wig!), but I told her I had to have the color I ordered. She mailed me 3 other wigs, none of which was what I ordered. She refused to return any of my money or to respond to my phone calls or letters, so I have filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau (late January 2009). She has not responded to them (as of mid-Feb). My next option is Magistrate Court, where I guess I will see her next.
