    LOVE this studio!
    I have been a student for over a year now and have never been happier. It's hard to explain that a silly workout class can change your life-but it can. I was very apprehensive about trying-but there is soft lighting and small class sizes. Plus, you quickly realize the instructors are wonderful, fun people and there was no need for me to be nervous. I am amazed at my new-found confidence and self acceptance. Not to mention, I love going to classes. You don't feel like you're forced to a gym-you look forward to learning new moves and mastering the next trick. I love this place!

    pleasantly surprised...
    My friend dragged me in and glad she did. The instructor was pleasant and very encouraging. The exercises/moves are actually challenging. It was OK when I messed up because she provided a safe and nurturing environment. Even though I struggled through the class, I left feeling a sense of accomplishment/empowerment. It was quite the work out and I'm looking forwards to the next one.
