I had a terrible experience at this salon. Went for a cut and highlight, explaining exactly what I wanted and it was not executed as I asked. How are they resolving it you ask? By telling me I would have to pay almost full price to get it corrected. Had I made the mistake I can understand, but I didn't and would NOT recommend going to Nancy at this salon...or the salong period. You lost a good customer and I truly wish Dianne, that you had kept your word on making me happy with my choice.
