I had these gift cards that I wanted to use and this salon was on their website. I have been trying to find a good hair person for a while. I set up the appointment with Stephanie and she tells me she has lIke 28 years experience. I show up and we talk about what I want... I even show her a picture to be sure we ate clear. I wanted bangs and my hair is really long. Well she cut my hair and at first I thought it was ok until I got out of the salon and had a chance to really see what was going on. Everyone knows that the bangs should stop at the end of the eyebrow... her cutting didn't stop there!!!! It went on past there by about another inch. So now it literally looks like I have a long mullet! !!! I am so unhappy with this cut! It is horrible... I will have to hide this for months until it grows. I am so upset and completely unhappy. I have spent hours trying to get it to work... my hair is ruined!!!!
