    I USED to have beautiful long hair.........
    I rarely write online reviews but was prompted to because of the horrific experience I recently had at Ml International. I hope by doing this I will save others from making the same mistake. I have (or had) beautfiul long, thick dark and simply wanted a trim. I brought in a picture for reference and walked out with basically a butchered hair-do. The owner- Jack was so rude and unfriendly. I ended up leaving in tears and still had to pay!!! He told me I didnt trust his "expert" staff and that they know what they are doing. Well how did I end up with un-even bangs and an extra 5 inches cut off my length!!!!!!! I WILL NEVER RETURN
