I really wanted to like this clean and orderly neighborhood salon. I ignored the abrupt person who took my first call thinking it might be a bad day for her. But I ended up with light-colored roots -- several shades lighter than the rest of my hair. My voiced concerns while in the chair were dismissed repeatedly with, "no one will notice," "it will fade out," and "it looks fine."
When I called to leave a message for a return call for the co-owner, I was told I had to explain why and then hung up on. The co-owner showed no concern about the poor technique.
