Went here for 4 years. Natalie was wonderful. I used to do nails and have high standards!
After new owners took over this year I tried to stay a customer at the former owners request. The new owner lied to me, scheduled me an appointment with "my girl" even though the girl had quit the week before. Man did my nails..horrible job that started breaking the next day. Owner got very nasty with me on several occasions.
I found Natalie working at Happy Nails in Rossmore Town Center..fridays, saturdays, sundays only. Her work is beautiful and nails stay nicely. She makes extra effort to ensure it.
Natalie is worth the extra 5 minutes drive!
