    Terrible customer service.
    I always had high reviews of this place until I had to deal with the customer service. I'm a rather easy customer to get along with, but when I get blamed for someone not doing their job, I start to get a bit irritated. I checked my credit card statement and saw that I had been charged for two months after I cancelled my account. I was deprived of a refund because one of their employees didn't cancel my account. Not only does it take them a week to call back, but I was only offered 45% off already 35% marked down tanning lotion, like really? Make sure to save your receipts if you cancel a membership because they obviously don't care about keeping their customers happy.

    I love this place. Best place for tanning and nails! the one on 15 street west have three amazing manicurist my hands never looked so great! and my feet never felt better. Thank you so much for making me feel so at home. Maria
