What a refreshing change I had this week! Tried Andrew James Salon on a referral from a co-worker. The stylist was wonderful, and actually asked me questions before the haircut. They took a before and after picture and told me that if I had any problems styling, to call and they would bring me in at no charge to help style my new style (went from no layers to long layers and from shoulder length to just below my ears). Very nice atmosphere as well.
