I was very impressed with the professional yet warm and caring attitude of the therapists. There was nothing new agey about this center. They are all open minded and forward thinking but very practical and down to earth.

After years of hypertension, fibromyalgia, depression and sleeplessness, I decided maybe my doctors didn't have my best interest in mind.
That's when I found Lisa and Healing Alternatives.
With less than a year of practicing mindfulness meditation and Reiki sessions 1 -2 times each week, I have my blood pressure under control, no more painful fibromyalgia, I'm happier, sleeping well and have even lost weight (a bonus).
The most amazing thing though (as if that's not amazing enough) I have discovered my SELF. I have a sense of inner peace and spirituality that I wasn't expecting to find in my search for better health.
Thank you, Lisa, for showing me the way to live life fully, happily and healthfully.

I found Lisa when looking for relief from severe anxiety and stress. I found a warm, compassionate teacher who is wise and witty with absolutely no religious connection or agenda.
While lowering my blood pressure and developing restful sleep patterns, I found my 'self'.
My whole view of my'self'and the world has changed and I now have peace and happiness.
Everyone should know about Lisa and Healing Alternatives.

| User Review - Maxine S | The best Reiki experience ever!
I have had many Reiki sessions with many practitioners over the years. I have never experienced the deep relaxation, presence and healing as I did with my session with Lisa at Healing Alternatives. It was not simply a therapy session, she actually took the time to explain Reiki, energy and how I actually create my health, be it good or bad.
I won't be going to any other Reiki practitioners any more.
