After going twice to this salon, initial visit leaving with undesirable hair color and the next visit to correct it and still not getting what I asked for, I cannot recommend this salon to anyone. I paid both times and still didn't receive the colors I asked for. I willingly gave her a 3rd opportunity to correct the color. She cancelled the appointment and didn't contact me to reschedule. I contacted her to let her know that I was unhappy regarding her neglect to make things right. This is the response I received:
You are correct. I should never have tried to fix your shitty hair to start with. Fuck off.
