I have been tanning for a while now and recently move from my normal place. I stopped in Sunrise and everyone was super welcoming, prices were'nt bad, everything seemed clean so Im happy I found a new spot

I have been going to the same salon for 4 years now and they recently close, so I thougth I would try Sunrise. I was greeted right away by one of the stylist which was nice. I talked to the receptionist up front for a while on lotions and whichone would be best, she was so helpful. I only went tanning for 10 mins and got what I thought was really good color. I can say I am happy with my new tanning parlor.

Will never tan here again. I used to tan here before the current owner purchased the salon and used to love Sunrise. The new owner is rude, disrespectful, aloof and impersonal. The beds feel dirty, the doors don't lock properly and the staff has no knowledge of the tanning products they recommend. And if you are unsatisfied for ANY reason, no matter how justified you are, regardless of whether her staff has recommended the wrong product and your skin suffers an adverse affect, the owner will refuse to give you a refund and will not explain why, although there is no exhange/refund policy posted and clients do not sign ANYTHING upon purchasing a tan package here.
HORRIBLE BUSINESS, DIRTY, AWFUL AWFUL AWFUL EXPERIENCE!
