    poor owner atmosphere and conduct
    This is poor atmosphere, one employee that had a wig and some long hair was using profanite. I had color the owner was talking so bad about one of her employees. I was about to call her up and tell her if she did not liked the employee she had to tell it to that employee and not to the clients around her while she was doing color!! She had this attitude of " I am better than anyone around me " so sad to see people like her have such a bad staff. One other employee with short hair named lacey was using the Fword and overall I was so upset I will never be back. I took my business to hair associates where they told me this lady has a bad reputation and nobody wants to work for her!! what a sad story, I will never be back. Ms. C. white.

    Review of Hair Technique
    the service is ok.,but there is a a red headed woman so called owner with the worst attitude I ever seen !!! I was getting a haircut and she was screaming at her employees !! way to go lady!! this is in poor taste !! Later on I was getting some highlights and she was talking bad about her employees to her client !! I am amazed this woman is in business !! She has no class and has no right to put anyone down !! her color did look that good for an old lady... Please change your color you are too old for purple and red!! bad reputation in ruston. Lol ... I went to hair associates, very professional staff... I love it. Carla White.
