    Horrible!!!!! I've given them several chances, but I will now be moving on!!! Very poor service & they're too busy trying push you out the door to do a good job. And your pedicure never last the 35 minutes as stated....more like 20 if you're lucky! I recommend going anywhere but there.

    Never to return....
    We have been going to this nail shop a long time until know...They would not re do the polish on my mother,s toe's after her pedicure when she noticed it was lumpy and messed up, they wanted to charge us again..after a very long conversation about this issue we left it was so uncomfortable at this point we decided never again to return to this shop...I have spent so much money in there and always tip well ...The owner's don't care to keep good business they walk around and don't even speak to people what a joke...They will never get a dime of money ....Thanks Crystal Nails

    Amazing, Any day Spa!
    I have been to 6 different nail places and this one is the best and it is better than Brentwood area spas as well. Try getting your nails done here and you will not want to leave, and you will not go any where else. PRO'S- Anything you get done there is pleasing. the employes are wonderful people. My nails always look great after they are done. If your not happy, they will try to make that better. CON'S- NONE.
