| User Review - Ripped Off C | They refuse your requests
I asked the stylist to do a simple cut, just add some layering, and she refused. Also, to thin out an area of my very thick hair. Again, refused - she said it didn't need it. A truly professional stylist reviewed the mess she butchered and strong disagreed.
When using plastic to pay, she wouldn't allow the machine to proceed until I tipped her. We were 2 different races - perhaps she didn't know how to, or simply didn't wish to properly care for my hair.
Also, she merely shampooed my hair, but charged me for a Tea Tree Treatment she never gave me. No conditioning at all.
Her name is Cris or Criseaous. Avoid her like the plague! I never had such a rip off or ill treatment in the almost 20 years I have gone to Super Cuts.
