    Great Experience!
    I have had wonderful experience! My hair turned out beautiful! I will for sure go back! Great hair at a cheap price! As far as the review from Jennifer M, of course if you have something go wrong and you called Loreal to ask about it, they are going to lie to you to keep you buying their product! Anyone should have that common sense! If you would have been smart about it you would have googled it yourself. Anytime I want to do anything to my hair I go to hairboutique.com or other knowledgable hair sites. They have answered alot of my questions. I just did for this subject because I was curious and they tell all about it and the side effects. Melting of hair and smoking. So, all in all it would be your fault in my opinion. Ladies at 66, keep up the good work!

    The stylists need more training.
    I went in to take advantage of their 14 foil promotion for 34.95. Within 6 foils my hair overheated and my head literally started smoking. I lost some hair due to this not to mention they bleached my shirt and I received no apology for that. I dont feel they were very apologetic and gave me excuses like it was my fault that it happened. They said it was becasue of my blood pressure meds, then they said because the hair color I previoulsy used had mettalic dyes in it. I called Loreal they do not have any mettalic dyes in their product. I went back to my old stylist and she was able to correct the mishap and even finished foiling my hair without any issues. My hair looks great except for the handful that I lost from Studio 66.
