    Just Stay Away
    Laura is a butcher. Shes unable to listen or give a decent hair cut. I took in a photo of a Bob. I told her I need no fuss & I liked the shape. She asked if I wanted it that short I said I wouldn t mind keeping length. She spoke of layering. I told her no, indicating the photo showed no sign of such. We went round about this. In hindsight I should have realized she could not hear me & left. But with the first gaping hole in the back of my head I was committed, even tho I told her twice that isn't what I want. She was insistent this was the only way to get the look I want. The look I got in no way resembles the photo. Nor did she actually keep said length. So the next day I called to ask if we could fix it. She said to bring in a photo of what I like. Wow... Me- "I tried that & now I have these horrid scraggly ends to deal with" Her- "Did you want it square?" *AGHAST* Did I not bring in a photo of that very shape? Complete incompetence! Just stay away.
