My experience was "Total Disappointment"! Just goes to show you...you can't believe commercials. The salon is pretty and staff does look professional; but for the money the charge...I thought i was going to get a beautiful, professional color and highlights. Not so! I wanted to look really nice for a friend's wedding, so I thought I'd spurge. What a joke..almost $200 later my roots were gone but I still had mousy brown hair with brassy highlights. I actually cried I felt soo ripped off.
