I would give Kristin an unqualified high rating. She's a seasoned pro who knows what she's doing yet is open to customer suggestions. She's also a great human being and a terrific listener. I look forward to my appointments with her. High marks for the staff as a whole and the ambiance of the salon. The price - not inexpensive - and parking - not great - are typical for Newbury Street so they're not negatives for me.
