    Review of The Green Orchid Spa
    The staff is extremely rude, and when my daughter when in to ask about obtaining a permission slip to tan in the facility, they told her that they did not know if she was allowed to tan due to being 17. Florida law states that anyone between 14-18 may tan as long as they have parental signed slip and agree to wear protective eye wear. It makes me wonder about those who run the facility. Their employees should know the laws and also how to be a little nicer.
