Unfortunatley, I messed up my own color!! I looked on the Redken web site and found Bella Amici was near my home and was a Redken Elite salon. I called, explained my situation, and they got me in just 2 hours!! I saw Jaycie. She listened to me, asked me a lot of questions, and did exactly what I asked her. I love my color, I really love my cut, and I'll never try to do it myself again!!!
