    They don't need your business
    Called for an appointment. Needed a haircut desperately but had never been there before. The person on the other end of the line said quite tersely "we don't have any time for you today." No attempt to accommodate me on another day; no regret, no apology, no explanation. There are plenty other places that would welcome your business.

    Review of Heads or Nails Salon LLC.
    I stopped in Heads or Nails for a hair cut. I was very pleased with the nice feeling I got from the staff and decor. Cathy, one of the three stylists, cut my hair after a relaxing shampoo. I noticed clients coming in and out and the atmosphere seemed professional but family like. There was also a separate room with several ladies (non Asian) doing nails. Everyone there (clients and staff) appeared to be happy and well taken care of. I would have to highly recommend Heads Or Nails to anyone needing Hair or Nail care.
