    Very nice spa, and Maxine is an excellent facialist. It is really worth having a facial with her.

    Very dissatisfied
    Extremely poor front desk personnel who are rude and pretend not to speak english. I was switched from my massage therapist twice with no notice, and the substitue was inept and not a trained therapist at all. I wrote a nice letter about my unhappy experiences, and have not heard one word from the manager Robin, who said she had not recieved my letter. Basic good business practice and customer service are absent. I was initally very pleased with the service and went several times for facial and massage, but the front end service blew it for me. I will not go back.
