    Are you kidding me?
    I just called this spa to buy my Mother in Law a gift certificate for her birthday next week. I asked if they had gift certificates and they said yes, I then said ok I want to get one and can you mail it out to my Mother in Law for me, to which the phone person said "no you would have to come in a pick it up", I said, "I can't do that I live in Colorado" and she said "well we don't mail out so that's the only way you can get one." REALLY????
